YoYo Balloons, Etc. is a family run toy distribution business with over 15 years experience serving our customer base of both wholesale and retail customers. Our company is the exclusive distributor for the YoYo Balloon brand representing the manufacturer outside of Japan.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
YoYo Balloons, Etc. does not collect, share, or sell any of our customer’s personal data. When you choose to pay through either Stripe or PayPal our company as the the recipient of that money won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
Please note that YoYo Balloons, Etc. does collect our customer email address’ for the sole purpose of sharing information and providing coupons through our monthly YoYo Balloons newsletter. We do not share or sell this information with any company or person outside of our company. At any time our customers can opt out of from our email subscriptions
Comments
We appreciate it when our customers leave us feedback and comments. YoYo Balloons, Etc. is always striving to do better. Please know that we do not share or sell any personal information gathered from visitors to our website. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form and respond directly to them if necessary.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
